Pinoy Art Lovers Unite!   This is my new battlecry.  My humble site (www.geocities.com/atandy70)  started out in 2002, I was bored and had a lot of time. Back then, my Ophthalmology practice was rather slow (it's still a bit slow now), and art was more affordable.  I was buoyed by my love for Philippine visual arts.  I wanted to see more works, but there was little information online, and my favorite art book 'Art Philippines' only featured works till 1991.  I began my 'art walk' back in 2000. Back then I would forage around gallery backrooms, even visit collectors houses to take pictures of their collection. cont

4. You leave your name and contact info  at several galleries and dealers in search of that next purchase.

5. You keep your art purchases from your partner/ parents. 

6. You know the middle names of Justiniani, Borlongan and Garibay 

7. You have dreams that involve a painting or artist.
